Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Leilah Mirza Coaching and Healing Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and healing experiences. Please read our Refunds and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any service.

1. Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

You request the refund before your service or program begins.

No refunds are given once the service has started, including access to digital content or live calls.

Partial refunds are not issued if you choose not to complete a purchased program.

2. 7-Day Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking within 7 days if the service has not started.

Full refund if cancelled within 7 days and the service has not begun.

If the service starts during the 7-day period (with your consent), your cancellation rights are waived.

3. Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and may be counted as used.

No-shows will forfeit the session with no refund.

4. Group Programs & Digital Products
Non-refundable once access is granted or the program starts.

Please ensure you’re fully committed before enrolling.

5. Exceptions
In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), we may offer a reschedule or credit toward a future service at our discretion.
