Refund & Cancellation Policy – Retreat Bookings

All retreat deposits are strictly non-refundable. This is because your deposit secures your place on the retreat and removes that space from availability for other participants. Once your booking is confirmed, we immediately begin allocating resources, planning logistics, and holding your position within the experience.

Deposits
Your deposit acts as a commitment to your place on the retreat. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our retreats, deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

Balance Payments
Any remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to complete payment may result in your place being released; however, your deposit will still remain non-refundable.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your place after booking:

- Your deposit will be retained in full.
- Any additional payments made may be non-refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the retreat start date, as costs (such as accommodation, venue hire, and third-party services) are secured in advance.

Transfers
In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, you may request to transfer your place to another individual or to a future retreat. This is not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees and availability.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. While deposits remain non-refundable, we will always aim to approach situations with fairness and integrity where possible, without compromising the structure and commitments of the retreat.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund of any payments made (including your deposit).

By securing your place, you agree to the above terms and acknowledge the non-refundable nature of your deposit.
