Digital items such as guides, meditations, recordings or courses are delivered by email or through the stated online-access method after payment or subscription confirmation.
Private sessions and programmes
Booking and programme confirmations are sent by email. Sessions are delivered using the location or online meeting method agreed in the confirmation. Between-session support is delivered through the channels described in the relevant programme.
Retreats
Retreat dates, location, accommodation, inclusions and payment milestones are set out on the retreat page and in the individual booking confirmation.
Physical products
No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.
